What a facilitated session includes
The briefing
Our facilitator sets up the situation and the rules for the whole group, in five minutes.
The game, for every team
Up to 10 teams play at the same time, each in its own room, online or in one hall.
The debrief
Each team reads its own debrief. Then the facilitator leads the group through what the teams have in common.
A short summary
After the session the sponsor gets a short written summary of the patterns across teams. No person is named.
