Your role
Time to talk each day

Built on what really happens in teams

Teams rarely fail because nobody knew. They fail because the person who knew did not say it, was not asked, or was not heard. This game makes that visible in one hour.

01

Everyone holds a piece

The doctor knows who is weak. The weather expert knows when the wind drops. The guide knows the oxygen count. No screen shows it all.

02

The team has to talk

Each day brings a decision that no one can get right alone. Facts only help once someone puts them on the team board.

03

Goals pull apart

Each role has private goals. The filmmaker needs daylight. The client paid to reach the top. The team needs everyone home.

04

The mountain answers

Eight days, one summit window, limited oxygen. Good decisions and bad ones both show up on the mountain.

05

A moment of truth

Near the top the turnaround time arrives. The summit is close. The team agreed on a rule. Now each climber chooses.

06

A debrief with evidence

The game records who shared what, who asked, who spoke up and who was heard. The team sees its own habits, with facts.

Six roles. Six views of the same mountain.

Play with one to six people. The computer plays any empty seat, so a single person can try the game, and a full team can play it together.

Expedition leader

You run the expedition. You make the final call each day and set the plan for the summit.

Sees: The schedule, the rules of the expedition and the deadline.

Lead guide

You know the route, the ropes and the oxygen. You have stood on the summit before.

Sees: Route conditions, safety limits and the oxygen count.

Team doctor

You look after the health of the team. You carry a small medical kit.

Sees: The true strength of every climber, every morning.
